Got pizza?

Hey everyone! I’m sick again, so frustrating with the weather change and all. For part of my dinner last night I made a yummy mini pizza that I wanted to share– my friend Whitney came up with this one!

What you need:
*1 Arnold Select Sandwich Thin 
*1 jar of tomato sauce, any kind you like (I used Classico roasted garlic sauce)
* 1/4 cup of fat free mozzarella cheese
* sprinkle of parmesan cheese

-Lightly toast the sandwich thin until golden brown. Spread tomato sauce on each half of the sandwich thin. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
-Put the mini pizza in the mircowave or toaster oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

This mini pizza makes a great complement to any meal and its only around 200 calories! Calories depend on how much sauce and cheese you use. For pizza, thats pretty good! So, try this out and make any creation you want! Have a fantastic Friday!!!
