GREAT treadmill workout and more!

Happy Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who’s pumped for the weekend?! Yesterday I did Lindsay’s treadmill workout. It was awesome! 
Here is her routine:
                                                       1:30 = jog (I jog at 5.5 – 6.0 depending how tired I am)
:30 =sprint (I sprinted at 9.0) I tried sprinting at 9.5 but I felt like I was going to fall off the treadmill!
1:00 = walk (I walk at 3.8 – 4.0)

Repeat 6 times. 
I absolutely loved this workout! It made the time go by so fast. After I was done the treadmill said I ran over 2 miles. I was sweating like crazy! I recommend you try this workout and of course do the intervals at what speed is best for you.

I made a little taco creation for dinner last night…

I sauteed some sliced peppers and onions with Trader Joe’s meatless meat balls. It was a little random but turned out pretty good. I seasoned the peppers and meatballs with salt, pepper and chili powder. Of course I had some corn tortillas on the side :-) I wanted to use chicken but I wasn’t in the mood to deal with messy chicken.
