x-mas eve cardio workout

I don’t celebrate Christmas, but even if I did I still would have gone to the gym this morning! Lately, I try to do barre 4-5/days a week and skip out on cardio. So, this morning I decided to visit the gym and say “helllllooooo treadmill!”
Christmas Eve Treadmill workout:

  • min 1-2 walk: 3.8
  • min 2-12 min jog: 6.1
  • min 12-15 min walk: 3.8
  • min 15-20 min jog: 6.1
  • min 20-30 min sprints! 1 min jog (6.1), 30 sec sprint (9.0), 30 sec walk (3.8)
  • min 30-35 min- walk at 5 incline at 4.5
