2011 product finds!

Good morning! I haven’t been outside yet, but it’s supposed to be FREEZING. Where is Spring?!?!

Here are some new product finds:

    It really depends on the day and what I am doing but usually two snacks per day. One between breakfast and lunch and another between lunch and dinner. My snacks are usually around 150-200 calories. Feel free to ask me any other questions!

  4. I was wondering what your beliefs are on eating processed foods… i know a lot of people in the blog world try to only eat "real" food, what do you think?

    I prefer "real" food but that doesn't always happen. I try to stay away from products that have 194576767 ingredients and always read nutrition labels when I'm at the grocery store. I have restrictions with canned goods- I ONLY eat organic. I don't think anything good comes from a can but since I can be lazy, organic is the way to go!
