Get buns like Lady Gaga

Want these buns of steel? You can get them with these amazing, tush burning exercises that will change your ENTIRE behind area!

The Pretzel:

  • Start by sitting with your right leg bent in front of you and your left leg bent behind you
  • Place your hands on the floor in front of you
  • Lift the left leg off the floor just an inch or two behind you
  • Pulse by lifting and lowering the bent leg. This pulse is a very small movement that focuses on the deeper muscles you should also feel this in your upper side area- this will help tone your love handles as well.
  • Pulse as many times as you can in 30 seconds. Then switch legs and repeat


  • Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, about hip-width apart. 
  • Extend your arms straight alongside your body. 
  • Lift your heels and hips off the ground. 
  • Tuck your pelvis up and down for one minute.

Hamstring Curl:

  • Start on all fours with your knees bent and arms straight
  • lift your right leg off the ground and pull your heel towards your seat (in and out for 30 seconds)

  • Next, extend your leg straight at the top and pulse for 30 seconds.
  • TIP: This is a small movement and you should be lifting your leg through your seat muscles. You basically should be squeezing your seat muscles to the point where they are lifting your leg.
