Friday is the best day to workout

Why?

Because, who wants to hit the gym on the weekends!?!
I mean, you should but that doesn’t always happen…

To prepare for the weekend, get your workout out of the way on Fridays. If you can’t get your butt out of bed at 6am, then I highly recommend working out on your lunch break.

It’s tough to do so here are some tips to get your workout in and have a productive day at work…

*Pack a bag in advance with these essentials:

  • deodorant
  • oil free face wipes
  • makeup (tinted moisturizer, eye lash curler, mascara, bronzer & lip gloss)
  • brush or comb
  • mini fan

*Change at the office (in the bathroom, obviously) and eat lunch at your desk
*If you’re taking a workout class leave right before the cool down. You can cool down on your walk back to work.

Why Friday is the best day to workout?
*So you can enjoy your weekend
*So you can feel great all day
*So you can relieve all of the stress from the week
*So you can drink like a fish and not feel bad about it
*So you can look good and feel good!

    Love this post Lauren! Great tips! :) Super good idea about leaving before the cool down because you can cool down on the walk back to work! I'm definitely going to try that.
