Did you miss me?

I’m back… and I’ve moved!
 After a long and stressful weekend I moved into a new apartment with more space and an awesome location.
Here is a mini tour…

My new place is also one block from a Whole Foods and it’s become pretty dangerous. I’ve been there everyday since I’ve moved into my new place. I love their pre cut fruit, deli counter, and of course their salad bar! Last week I had the cutest lunch in my office with items from Whole Foods.

Organic mixed greens, 1/2 cup of cranberry tuna (deli counter), and sliced mango and strawberries.  Since tuna salad is already high in calories, I did not use any salad dressing and I didn’t miss it at all.

Other finds: felafel, tabouli, and hummus at the salad bar. I couldn’t pass this up.
Vegetarian Enchiladas They looked so good. I just love the pre made meals at Whole Foods. I ended up piling my cart with all sorts of goods and when I got to the checkout counter I realized that I went a little overboard. I ended up purchasing and eating more than I needed….whoops!
Of course I got home and had to try everything in one sitting. I just couldn’t help myself.
