Six Layer Greek Dip

by Lauren on August 27, 2011

Blogging on the weekend is so not my style but I can’t help myself. I must share this recipe!!!!!
This dip is not only easy to make but you can get everything you need form Trader Joes and whip it up in minutes. The combination of flavors and textures are just unreal. I served it last night at a potluck party I hosted and it was such a hit.
I don’t mean to brag but how awesome is the presentation?
Six Layer Greek Dip
ingredients:

  • 1 container of hummus
  • 1 container of tzatziki
  • 1 container of kalamala olives, drained
  • 1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 large cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
  • pita chips, for garnish and dipping
directions:
Layer the ingredients however you like. The order I did was tzatziki, chopped olives, hummus, artichoke hearts, feta, cucumber, and last the parsley as a garnish…obvs from my garden. I also lined the dish with some pita chips for a fancy-ish design. When it comes to this dip, the world is your oyster!
I am sitting on my couch eating it as I post and I’m all out of pita chips.
Who wants to bring me some?
Anyone? Bueller?

Grab some celery to scoop up the rest.
