I’m back… Euro Re-Cap!

Hello, hola, ciao, I am back from Europe! It was absolutely amazing. My sister and I first went to Barcelona to visit my brother who’s studying abroad. I studied there myself 7 years ago and it was great to be back! After Barcelona we went to Florence and Rome. Italy is such an incredible and beautiful country. We climbed 463 steps up the Domo in Florence and visited the Coliseum and Vatican in Rome.

We ate the most amazing food we’ve ever had in our life- paella, pizza, pasta, wine, and gelato. You will see in the pictures below that I did NOT hold back this trip. I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. Surprisingly, I actually lost weight from all of the walking we did. The portions are also smaller in Europe which I completely forgot about. Every meal I had I was always full and satisfied. It was a great feeling to come home to my clothes fitting me better than before I left.

Here are the highlights and favorite pictures from our trip.

  1. […] As a K-cup brand ambassador I received a recipe from Keurig/Green Mountain Coffee for Tiramisu Brownies. I love Tiramisu! It is one of my favorite deserts and every time I go to an Italian restaurant I have to order it. These brownies are absolutely delicious and taste like the real deal without the custard. If you are a tiramisu fan, this is the recipe for you! I personally enjoyed these brownies with a cup of Italian Roast coffee from Brista Prima Coffeehouse. It made me feel like I was back in Italy!
